In order to cultivate the international awareness of the students of the College of Fine Arts and let them understand the information and knowledge about studying abroad, Professor Li Eryong, vice dean of the College of Fine Arts, held a special lecture on studying abroad on 26 September 2023 at 15:00 in the Concert Hall of the College. The lecture was hosted by Xiao Yong, Deputy Secretary of the College of Fine Arts, and attended by more than 500 people, including the heads of relevant functional departments of the College, all the new students of undergraduate and master's degree of the class of 2023, as well as the liaison officers of the College's international exchange work. 

Professor Li Eryong took the theme of From Here to the World: Lecture on Study Abroad for Undergraduate and Master Art Students, and introduced in detail the basic situation and development of international cooperation and exchange work of the School of Art of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. He vividly demonstrated the remarkable achievements made by the School of Arts in the key areas of internationalisation, such as inter-university exchanges, co-operation in school running, internationalisation of talents and international exchanges of teachers and students, in a clear way and with detailed data. At the same time, he shared that the college always attaches great importance to the cultivation of international talents, actively promotes the export of international talents, and continuously builds multi-level exchange platforms and channels to provide higher quality services and services for the new students of art majors to grow into high-level talents with international competitiveness.At the same time, he shared that the college has always attached great importance to the cultivation of international talents, actively promoted the export of international talents, and continued to build multi-level exchange platforms and channels to provide higher-quality services and support for the growth of new art majors into internationally competitive talents. At the end, Prof Li Eryong had an interactive exchange with the participating students on issues related to studying abroad.

​This is the first time for the College of Arts to hold a lecture on overseas study for all the freshmen, providing practical suggestions on study abroad or development planning for the freshmen of 2023, which not only deepened their willingness to study abroad, but also enabled them to gain valuable overseas study experience, corrected their learning attitude, and made them more clear about their future development planning routes.   Everyone said that the content of the lecture is of great significance in guiding the college to carry out international cooperation and exchange and to promote the process of internationalisation of school running.(Text/Song Changlong, Photo/Lu Xia, Translation/ Xu Jing )
