On 25th April, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and Jiangxi Cultural Performing Arts Development Group Limited Liability Company held a post-doctoral innovation and practice base opening ceremony.

Xu Guanghua expressed a warm welcome to the leaders and guests attending the ceremony, and made an in-depth elaboration on the significance and role of the establishment of the base. He pointed out that the establishment of the postdoctoral innovation and practice base of Jiangxi Cultural Performing Arts Development Group is a powerful support for the implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's new concepts, new strategies and new initiatives on talent work in the new era, and the strengthening of the group's talent team, marking the group's solid steps in talent cultivation and scientific and technological innovation. Jiangxi Cultural Performing Arts Development Group should closely focus on the national talent strategy and industry development needs, and constantly improve the quality of training and scientific research level of doctoral students, and constantly promote the deep integration of the base and industry, with higher standards and stricter requirements, and continue to promote the development and progress of the Group.

Xie Hualin firstly introduced the basic situation of our university in his speech, based on which, he particularly emphasised the working mechanism between the postdoctoral innovation practice base, universities and enterprises, and put forward requirements for the establishment of the base. He pointed out that the establishment of the group's postdoctoral innovation and practice base will provide new opportunities and platforms for cooperation between Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and Jiangxi Culture and Performing Arts Development Group, and expected both sides to take this cooperation as an opportunity to give full play to their respective strengths, and put all the work into practice and achieve fruitful results. In the future, the school will continue to deepen the cooperation with the base, jointly cultivate high-level professionals, promote the integration of scientific and technological innovation and practical development, in order to build an important regional scientific and technological innovation centre in the central region, and make new contributions to the high-quality leapfrog development of Jiangxi Province.

The smooth unveiling, marking the postdoctoral innovation practice base construction officially kicked off, Jiangxi Cultural Performing Arts Development Group will focus on the cultural industry, ploughing the main business of performing arts as the focus, through the postdoctoral innovation practice base of the results of the scientific researchers, for the stage art, theatre alliance, cultural tourism and performing arts, cultural and creative arts, art education, cultural and ancient construction, asset operation, cultural finance and other eight business boards and cultural performing arts. It will provide scientific and technological support and intellectual support for the eight business sectors of stage art, theatre alliance, cultural tourism and performing arts, cultural and museum creativity, art education, cultural preservation and ancient construction, asset operation and cultural finance, as well as the fields of cultural performing arts, cultural capital investment and operation, and the cultivation of cultural and museum creativity.

After the signing ceremony, a postdoctoral opening report will be held.
